This is the exact program myself and others use to get back into some decent running volume after time off.
It is perfect for people who want to improve their running along side other fitness modalities and makes for an awesome “extras” program, that can be completed alongside your current training plan.
The program is 5 weeks long, with an optional 6th week, for people to build into the program if it’s been a while since they’ve run regularly.
